UPDATE...............UPDATE..................UPDAT E......................UPDATE....... Surgeon just called Brooke about 1/2 hr. ago (Sorry was at Lowes, couldn't update) and said Tat was out of surgery and doing well. He didnt sound too confident about her left leg. Said that her ligament are so tiny that even the slightest pull could very easily cause it to come undone again. The Right leg went very well and thinks it will be fine, but the left leg is the one that was very very bad he said. Brooke said she knew that one was the worst cause it was the one Tat would always hold up off the ground when she ran and will always limp on it 24/7. He told her to ck back in at 10:00 tomorrow morning. She was given extra instruction to be extra extra careful and strict or else that left leg could have to be redone. She is soooooooooo worried about the recovery now. Tat might get to come home tomorrow depending on how she does tonight. I'm sure the recovery time will be very stressful for all of them. Brooke thanks everyone for their prayer!!!! |

Oh good, I'm glad she made it through everything OK. It always so scarey when these little ones go for surgery. Thank you for the updates Denise. |

Sorry to hear that they postponed the surgery for a day. Glad it is now over and she is starting to wake up. Brooke and Tatum are in our thoughts and prayers. Hope everything goes well and she is recovered in no time. Tatum just do what mommy and the vet tell you. You will be back to normal soon. Thanks to Denise for the continuous updates. We appreciate those. |
Thanks for the update. So good to read its over. I pray that Tatum does well tonight so she can go home tomorrow. I pray her legs heal so she can enjoy walking without limping or pain. Hugs. |
Denise, Ty for keeping us updated. I, too, am glad that Tatum made it thru surgery fine....... now she needs to be a good little girl for her Mom and BEHAVE herself! :) It is so difficult to keep them confined and quiet....... Brooke will have some work ahead of her, but I am sure she don't mind giving Tat all the extra attention that she needs............ by the way, does anyone know where Steddy is ? I am sure he is worried about his lil sis, too! Still sending well wishes and prayers out to Tatum!...... and also for a safe trip back home. |
