| Hi, I want to introduce myself and Thor :) Hi everyone! I have posted before but only in the sick yorkies board or on one that "caught my attention", so I figured that I would pop in and introduce myself and Thor. I am a 32 year old medical transcription student, I have 2 children of my own, ages 9 and 7. I am engaged to a wonderful man who also has a child who is 12. We have 2 cats, and in January we got our little black furbaby, and after much discussion, we decided he needed a big name. So, Thor it is . He is 2 pounds of joy, mixed with a bit of worry. He hasn't been the healthiest little guy and we are still working on that (see my post in the sick yorkie forum for this background), but he is the most well behaved little puppy I have ever had! He is 5 months old, knows the "up" command and uses the puppy pad every time (as long as its not too "dirty" by his standards ). He doesn't bother the cats, doesn't nip at us, isn't an "underfoot" kind of dog, he is just content to be in the same house with us it seems. He is crated at night, I just can't see a dog that little being able to run free unattended, and he does awesome, no crying or pouting at all, he just waits patiently until someone gets up and lets him out . I honestly have never had a pet that is more of an angel He is a little timid, seems easily scared, but even that is improving. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce us |

| Hi and thanks for asking how he is He is acting A LOT better. The food switch though, isn't going well. He started throwing up last night, and has had runny poo today . We are thinking this is just from the food change (from puppy food to homemade food Vet recipe). We are going to call the breeder later today and talk to her about him and get her vet recommendations and take him to her vet as soon as we can get him in there. We are going to everything within our means financially for this little fighter But personality-wise and energy levels are greatly improving day by day. He watched tv with me and Rob last night on the couch and just was an angel ...well except that time peed on the carpet...but my son was blocking the puppypad!

| well, when you have 2 cats that over 10 pounds each, and they tend to intimidate him, SO....we figured to make up for his size we would give him a name that the cats would fear! HAHA. Not to mention the giggles we people ask his name and we tell them 'Thor'. I told Rob it is simply that he has a complex over having such a tiny dog and needed to be able to tell friends..."yea, I got a dog, and his name is THOR." They, of course, expect a pit bull, not a little 2 pound furball with a ponytail!! I have pics on my myspace of him His album is the only one set to EVERYONE so that everyone here can view his pics with no problems
