♥ Mama's Boy ♥ Donating Member | Why I love the I love Tobie’s petite noise, his tiny paws, his little eyes, the way that he kisses me whenever I am upset or just because. I love the way he will give daddy kisses when ever daddy leaves for work but when I have to leave and put him in his kennel he pushes me way and I don’t get any love. I love the way he hogs my pillow at night, and the way he will cuddle up next to be. I love the way he will get a toy and run around the house squeaking it so proud of himself. I love his hair and how soft it is.I love how he loves me no matter what and is always happy to see me. I just love everything about him, in my eyes he can do no wrong. What do you love about your furbabies??

YT 1000 Club Member | I love how Roxie always stays by my side. She follows my every move. I love how her hair blows in the wind. I love how loving she is and always want to give hugs and kisses. I love how she knows each person in the families names. How she gets excited when each of us comes in the door. I love how she puts her little face into a sack that I've brought home to see what's inside. How she knows there's always something in there for her no matter how small. I love her little noises too. The little whimper sounds when your loving on her and how she rolls over for a belly scratch. I love all the things you posted above because Roxie does those things too. She can't do anything wrong either . I love how she hates to wear hats or bows but will do it for me because I think she's so adorable in them. I love Roxie! |

| I always had horses and cats,a few dogs growing up but I never really bonded with them because they were outside pets. When I met my hubby he loved Shiba Inus so we rescued one from a Puppy Mill in Mo. We drove hours to get him and loved him so much, but he prefered being outside more than inside(he only comes in when it rains or it is cold outside). When we heard about another raid on a Puppy Mill in Arthur we were quick to respond that we were interested in adopting one. When we got to the Shelter the manager showed us three chis. One was very old she was so cute and the other two were in quarateen. They showed too much aggression and at that time were not adoptable.Long story short the oldest one passed in surgery and I cried like a baby. Then the manager gave me the other two I paid half price for both.I loved them so much and all the abuse they went through tore me up.I had them for 8 months and they had improved so much but still not 100% dogs. They just didn't understand how to bark and play.So my daughter asked me why don't we just get a puppy. After convincing Dad we needed just one more we started looking for a certain type, you know an inside dog.My Aunt found out and she called and had two males left from her very last liter she was going to have. She gave us a good deal on him and we adopted him.We had to drive to Indiana to get him and we took all our dogs with us that day.We never had a puppy just always rescued adult dogs so it was so different. We all took turns holding him and all the dogs sniffed him.We felt complete. Jasper has brought so much laughter in our already happy home.He loves to entertain. He is so smart and knows his name and sit and lay and come.We were blessed with a healthy little boy who also taught our Chis to play. The first time I watched them all playing I cried and cried.I was in the kitchen and the kids were still in bed.I let all the dogs out of there dens.Jasper started barking and chasing them. The next thing was amazing my chis started to bark and wag there tails. They were wagging there tails and tongues hanging out. They were taking turns chasing each other.I can't explain the joy completely but Jasper was what we needed in our home.A little puppy who is so full of love.I love my little Yorkie and now we want another in a few years. We have Yorkie fever. |

| What a great thread! The more we search for things to love in our lives, the happier we are, and the more good we attract into our lives. I love his little tongue that hangs out when he's running around. I love how he will suddenly get the puppy crazies and run like mad all around the room. I love how he stretches like it's the most luxurious stretch ever. I love how he kisses me all over. I love when he kisses me on the lips, he's like a little kid. I love how his ears move around like antennae when listening to the t.v. I love how he snuggles. I love how he loves people and has to say hi to everyone in the neighborhood. I love all the joy he's brought into my life. I love that he's helped me feel more balanced and helps me to keep things in perspective. I love watching him grow. I love wondering about his spirit and his thoughts. I love his fur. I love rubbing his belly. I love taking him on long walks to the hudson river and exploring the world together. I love having him up on the couch with me and hubby when we watch movies. I love when he locks eyes with me and just gazes into my eyes for as long as I'll let him. I love the love he gives. I love giving him love. I love animals for the innocent simple love that they teach us. I love animals for the innocent simple life that they teach us. |

| I love how Couver is right behind me everywhere I go. I love how he is cuddled up on my chest as I type this... I love how he gets on the window sill to see the world. I love how he loves everyone he meets, and has to greet every dog. I love how his ears go up and down to show me how he feels. I love how I want to take him everywhere I go because I love him so much. I love his doggie kisses and cuddles I get every night. I love seeing how excited he gets when I come home- there is no feeling like that. I just love the love he gives me, and how much happiness he has given in the short month we have been together

| Suzi is my first dog ever on my own. I know I chose well She has brought back so much love to me and my son ! Here is what I love about her. Suzi'e cute little face, big brown eyes, pointy little ears, how smart she is, cute little tail, how fast she is, and what a little stinker she can be. Wow does she get into stuff. How she is so much like a little baby, eating everything. How she is always at my side, and sleep right next to me always. Suzi keeps us safe , with a huge bark , always looking out for us .a little dog with a mean bark, who is those most people friendly dog to others, however at home , when she hears something not right she lets us know! I love how she is so happy to greet us when we have been gone, and just how she is so precious to everybody. A real sweetheart of a little dog.

| Oh, there's just too, too much to say! My head is fixin' to explode with all the thoughts and my heart already has with all the love. Our Amazing Boo. I love how he wants nothing in this world more then he wants to be with us. We are his #1 obsession. I love how he gently rests his head on my chest when I scratch his ears and the blissful look on his face. I love how he can be such a grumpy old man with Gracie Ruth and Yogi, yet will step in and 'protect' them if he thinks another dog is getting to pushy. He just places himself between them and then gently starts herding the other dog away. I love how he keeps my feet warm at night! My Precious Gracie Ruth. I love how she gives me a soft little kiss on my nose every day after I put her top knot in. I love how she always happy and joyful and ready for any adventure. I love how she helped us all over the loss of my sweet Annie B. I'm not sure how Boo would be right now if it wasn't for G coming into our lives. I love how she'll bring me a toy to play with her with. How she loves to carry them all around the house just squeaking them for the sheer joy of hearing the squeak. I love how she is always watching out for us and barking to let us know when she's heard a dangerous noise...even if it is 5 streets over. I love how she loves her daddy and will whine to sit with him & Boo in 'the big chair'. I love how she greets us with irrepressible joy every time we come home. I love how she accepts, with head bowed, my call for bath time. I love how she curls up in my arms to take a nap and how she snuggles up next to me to go to sleep at night. Our Bumbling Love Bug Yogi. I love how he loves everyone, unconditionally and absolutely. I love how he bumbles thru the house with nothing on his mind but to find one of us to be with. I love how he'll stop and look up at me and give me a big smile for no reason. I love how he'll look so lost at the dog park sometimes and then see me and come running full blast. With a look that says, "Momma are you ok? You looked worried so I thought I better come tell you I'm ok." I love how he and G will go racing through the house doing Zoomies and making that funny hyper-fast panting they do when they are so happy. I love how he has to be touching one of his family when he finally settles down in the evening. I love how he ignores Boo's grumpiness and just continues to love up on him. I love how he clung so tightly to me when I dropped him off to be neutered. I love, even more, how he didn't hold a grudge and flew into my arms when I went to pick him up. "Momma," he said, "Momma, I'm so very happy to see you!! I love you Momma!" I love how he curls up on my pillow at night and lays his head on my neck, how I can feel his soft little breaths as he drifts off to sleep. He use to crawl across my neck and sleep, but he's gotten to big to do that. So he just rests his head on my neck now. And if anyone has made it this far, I love how ya'll are just a nuts about your babies as I am about mine and will read each word of everyones response.

| I love the way my Bailey stares up at me adoreinly while I talk to him about absolutely nothing (do you talk to your furbaby)? I love how he prances when I put new clothes on him or gets new toys or just prances when he's happy. I love how he's overly happy to see me if i've been gone for even 10 min. or 8 hours. I love how he tries so hard to please me and is always there for me to lick away my tears. I just LOVE my widdle Bailey Blue!!!

| This post reminds me of a poem I read before called, "It's Just a Dog": From time to time people tell me, “Lighten up, it’s just a dog,” or, “That’s a lot of money for just a dog.” They don’t understand the distance traveled, time spent, or costs involved for “Just a dog.” Some of my proudest moments have come about with “Just a dog.” Many hours have passed with my only company being “Just a dog,” and not once have I felt slighted. Some of my saddest moments were brought about by “Just a dog.” In those days of darkness, the gentle touch of “Just a dog” provided comfort and purpose to overcome the day. If you, too, think it’s “Just a dog,” you will probably understand phrases like “Just a friend,” “Just a sunrise,”, or “Just a promise.” “Just a dog” brings into my life the very essence of friendship, trust, and pure unbridled joy. “Just a dog” brings out the compassion and patience that makes me a better person. Because of “Just a dog” I will rise early, take long walks and look longingly to the future. For me and folks like me, it’s not “Just a dog.” It’s an embodiment of all the hopes and dreams of the future, the fond memories of the past, and the pure joy of the moment. “Just a dog” brings out what’s good in me and diverts my thoughts away from myself and the worries of the day. I hope that someday people can understand it’s not “Just a dog.” It’s the thing that gives me humanity and keeps me from being “Just a man or woman.” So the next time you hear the phrase “Just a dog,” smile…because they “Just don’t understand”. -Author Unknown
