How big do yorkies get? Nitro is 8 months old and weighs a whopping 2.9 lbs and that is with his harness and leash.:animal-pa |
Fiona is 11 months old and is a whopping 10.4 lbs! |
My Jessica is 7 -/+ pounds now. At age 3 yo she was 5.5 pounds. As you can see, she got bigger when she was an adult. My Polly is appx. 4.5 pounds, but she is under weight right now (rescued). I don't know her age for sure, but she suppose to be full grown (she had babies). She is 3 yo according documents, but I do believe she is much younger. Yorkie standard up to 7 pounds. Should be no less that 4, although it is not mentioned at standard. All over are backyard breeding dogs, same as "runts" appx. 3 pounds. If you want to know appx. weight of your puppy.... weight 12 weeks * 2 = appx adult weight weight 8 weeks * 3 = appx adult weight, however it is not for sure... |
Hannah is 4.2 pounds and turned 6 months today. |
Lucky is a year old and is 5lb 7oz. Not sure how tall but he is just right for me. :) |
Go to the grocery store, look in the meat department for a Rump Roast that is between 4 and 7 lbs and visualize legs and a head. :D |
Jesse is 3 months old & weighs 5 lbs. |
At what age do Yorkies stop growing? 7 or 8 months? A year? |
According the book about yorkies, the complete is 2 yo. Actually, 1 year or so. My Jess got bigger after 1 year for sure. |
