| Finally......I am back! Hello everyone....especially to all the new posters....welcome to the best Yorkie forum on the web.....you will love all the nice people who visit here. Hello again to the "older" members......you may remember that I asked for help several months ago after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had planned to travel to Houston for surgery, chemo and radiation and I had no one to care for our two Yorkies....Max and Maggie.....thank you so much for all who offered assistance....even offering to come to our RV and walk the dogs....etc....or even offering to keep them for a few days while I was so ill.....You were wonderful.. I am having treatment in Oklahoma City, instead, and have been able to keep the dogs at home with friends checking on them. I have finished surgery and chemo.....will begin radiation in 4 weeks.....I am bald and fatigued but determined to fight for my life.......Max and Maggie have helped me get through the tough times. They are my darliings and I know we all share our love for these babies of ours....and it is wonderful and amazing how they bless our lives. It is good to be back ......I wanted to express my appreciation for all who were willing to help me.........What a great bunch of folks. Max and Maggie's Mom

| I also have cancer (lymphoma) and I understand how hard it is. Your furbabies can help you though this. They love us no matter what we have or look like....Depression has hit me very hard and some days I was not sure I would make it though. I know that is why my husband got me a puppy. Gizmo seems to know when I am down. And he just gets silly and wants me to play with him. We must keep faith and hope to get though this. I will pray for you to be strong and fight this beast. | Hi and welcome back Max's Mom! I have a 4 month old baby named Bo and he is our household's "momma's boy"! He and my older dog, a Schnauzer named Woody, have made many of my days brighter as I suffer with chronic depression on a daily basis. I'm not a theologian and could never prove it, but I have a deep conviction that God places special people and special pets in each of our lives to help us through and I praise Him for it. The unconditional love and grace I receive from my babies gets me through some pretty bleak days. I am so sorry you are in this fight right now and you as well, Phyllis. Take comfort in these sweet pleasures God has provided. I prayed for you both today. |

| Welcome back!! Welcome back and kisses from Luca Dean to Max and Maggie. Yorkies are great companion dogs -- Luca Dean seems to know when I am down too. Keep up the positive attitude and just keep trucking. Your babies will help. Good to hear from you! |
