| Walmart If anyone happens to be going to Walmart today, please check the clearance section of the pet section. 2 of my local Walmarts were replacing Purina puppy food with NEWLY packaged Purina puppyfood. I bought everybag they had from both stores and am taking it to the local shelter later this afternoon. They had all the old package bags marked down to $1. Shelters always appreciate donations like this! Thanks so much, Yorkieangel |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | This thread has a complete list of what people are needing - I've taken donations to the Petco close to my house ......but this list is VERY complete and stuff most of us have in our homes - I wanted to link this thread by to the one by Topknot in OFF TOPIC ....I WISH I saw that list the other day but we can all help here - if we all just took a few of the items on the list - it would really add up ! http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16484 |

| I just wanted to add that so many times you can pick up useful things at yardsales to donate to the animal shelters. One being old blankets or Afghans. I'm always picking these up for 25 or 50 cents and them taking them home and washing them and dropping them off. |
