Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | New Yorkie brother for Eddie??? So I was at the dog boutique yesterday and mentioned to the owner, a friend, that we would eventually like to ad a female Yorkie rescue to our pack. She said she has an uncanny ability to find dogs for people. Just now, I got an e-mail from her saying a couple women walked into her shop today and said they were looking for a home for a 2-3 year-old male whose owner, an elderly man, died Sunday. She asked them to send pictures and said she'd forward them to me. Even though my wife is set on a girl, my heart leaped a little bit. How strange that I lose an elderly Yorkie and a young Yorkie loses an elderly owner. Maybe this little guy and I could help each other. I skeptically sent my wife the e-mail explaining the situation, and her first word was ... YES! She, too was moved by the little guy's plight. It's definitely not a done deal. I do want to see the pictures and speak with the woman about the Yorkie's health, etc. Just thought you guys might want the inside scoop! I'll post pictures here if and when I get them.

| How cool. It sounds funny when you say you walked into a doggy boutique....when you fought so hard on the doggie clothes

| That's great! You should get the little guy! But I don't get the connection. You just lost an elderly dog, and a young dog just lost their elderly owner... I see the elderly connection, but who's the new young owner? haha
