| question I was wondering what a normal/good price for a Yorkie was? Ive been researching online and have contacted a few local breeders that I have heard good things about but was wondering what the cost of the dog should be around? Thanks so much! |

| Welcome to YT. I'd say $700 to $2400 depending on breeder, lineage (champions), pet vs. show "quality", & location.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | From a reputable exhibitor/breeder I would expect to pay anywhere from $1500 to $2000, or could be slightly more depending upon your location.

| It depends on so many different factors, it's really not a question that can be answered so easily. It depends on the dog and the costs the breeder is trying to cover, costs of medical/testing bills they've had, which largely depends on costs of vet care in their area. There are just so many factors that play a role here. |
