wait till they have nightmares !!! they will twitch and growl
its the cutest thing to watch. especially when they wake themselves up during the process and looks all confused. its sooo adorable

Oh my!

It is so funny at the beginning when the dog is running but then I felt so bad for a poor guy running right into the wall. Wow that dog was definitely trying to escape in his dream.

It is normal. It seems when they have had an exciting day they do it more. My little newborns will chase rabbits when they are on their mommas teat. I always wonder what they could have to dream about when they haven't done anything except get born and suckle. hmmmm

i had the exact same experience when we brought Sadie home. i honestly thought when i couldn't wake her up it was a seizure, then she woke up and went right back to sleep and wouldn't move and i thought she was dead. when she finally did wake up she gave me that look like "what the heck lady"
