You do not have a "specific breed". You have a mix and I dont believe its a Morkie. A Morkie is a Yorkie/Maltese mix and you say you have a J.Chin/yorkie mix.
As for raising siblings together, I dont see any harm in that. At least when you are at work or gone form home they can keep each other company. Of course if you have a boy and a girl together you will need to get them neutered/spayed.
