| No AKC registration yet. Lexi was born in Sept and we bought her in Dec. She said the registration hadn't come yet. And now here is what they say. "I apologize for the delay in getting the AKC papers to you. We had submitted to the AKC, but they had lost the submission. We have re-ordered the papers and expedited them and we should hopefully be receiving them late this week or early next week. Again, we are sorry for any delay." Is it possible that she was denied registration of the liter? She showed us the registration for both dad and mom. She filled out a contract stating AKC, required a vet check within 3 days, and gave a 1 year health guarantee. After reading so much on here I am getting a little nervous. |

| Doesn't sound good to me. My little guy was born in August, I got him around Christmas (present for my son) and I got his papers a few days later. They should have had the registered litter papers (signed up after they were whelped) already there before they shipped him. Sounds as if they are either taking their own sweet time or they were just being neglegant and waited until the puppy was sold before they wanted to spend the money on registering the litter/puppy. Not good in my opinion. I would be hounding them for the paperwork immediatly and ask to have e-mails of the parents pedigrees sent to you asap! Good Luck!

| I've had Madison since November and have yet to receive akc papers either. I guess tomorrow I'll call our breeder and see what the hold up is too. You're not alone. |
