| Help! New baby/old baby??? Hi, I brought home a new baby today. She is one year old, I got her from someone who wasn't taking very good care of her I already had a 6 month old boy. The new little girl seems to hate him--snarls and bites at him whenever he comes anywhere near her. Will this get better the longer they are together. Does this usually happen--anything I can do to make it better. Any advice would be appreciated!!!!!!!! Sergeant and Bailey's mom |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | When my friend brings here yorkie pup here, Nolee is a first doing the same as she does. It does take a little while, and then Nolee will warm up to the pup. Hopefully this will happen for you also! Best of Luck!

| When I first brought home Smokey (who was 6 months old at the time), Chip was 10 months. Chip is very territorial and caused a lot of fights. Smokey put up with a lot but soon learned how to put Chip back in his place. Seriously, it looked like something you would see on the discovery channel. A couple of days of that and they were good friends. Just make sure your older one ALWAYS gets attention first - first one to get petted, first one to get kisses, first one to get treats, first one to sit on your lap, etc.
