Penny gets tons of attention everywhere we go and people have taken her picture. Mainly, I think, to show someone the kind of dog they want.

I haven't noticed this happening to me, however, it bothers me when people don't ask if they can pet him, and it really irks me when they let him kiss their hands. I love for him to be friendly but if you're a total stranger that is too much for my germaphobia lol. One time in petsmart this woman stuck her dogs face right in mine and that really made me mad!

I have always loved photography. My subjects were always kids and dogs and flowers. I made the effort to always ask....Lynn

Everywhere I go people take photos of Lola, most ask but not all do, it does not bother me a bit, LOL in fact if we go out and people don't take her photo I am dissapointed

As far as using the photo for fake adds and so forth I don't worry about this at all, there are so many photos of yorkies on the internet no one needs to leave their home to find a good picture of a yorkie

Happens to me too! Ah well, there are rude people everywhere, who don't ask before taking photos. What can you do?
