She is worth whatever you want to pay for her, The owner can ask any price they want for their dog, but only the person buying the dog knows what she is worth to them.

If she is like most dogs she is priceless, but her market value depends on what a comparable dog would go for in your area of the country. You are in kansas so I would see if there are any breeders here from Kansas, call some breeders in your area or go to breeders.net and put in your zip code. Good luck.

She should tell you want she is willing to sell the dog for. If not -- make an offer. Offer her $250 -- and go from there.
A Yorkie is worth a thousand words.
