| ![]() My honey's tail isnt cropped BUT being in germany its against the law for them to crop ears and dock tails. That being said, honey's father had a docked tail... Dunno where they bought him from but i do know some places in germany DO dock/crop but its very hard to find. I like honey's tail and i know t he standard calls for it to be docked. It's just a standard. If ur not goin to show the dog who cares :P NOW... If i had a doberman.... I'd have his ears cropped and tail docked. Cruel or not dobermans just look like mutts if at least their ears arent traingular. I like a tail wagging so i'd probably not cut his tail but definatly the ears. It's all about your personal preferance i think. If u think a cute stubbly wagging tail is cute then by all means, i think its HILARIOUS! i just dont wanna pay to have her tail cut haha ![]()

| ![]() Lucy still has her full tail - she's like a galleon in full sail! In the UK, we no longer dock, so most yorkies are 'entire' in the tail department, and I'm so glad. Lucy uses her tail to express so many things - and it's full, feathery and beautiful!

| ![]() I bought Tink '100% natural' (can't think of any otherway to express it) with full tail & full ears, her ears stand straight up naturally (her brother's flopped over) and her tail is goooorgeous!!!!!! xXx

Donating YT 500 Club Member | ![]() We think Alfie and Lottie are adorable with their tails. They carry their tails very prettily, I've always thought so. I do believe if the breed club prefers to keep a docked tail as part of their standard, they should be allowed to do so, as I don't see it as a cruel practice.

| ![]() One more thing about a tail that my husband pointed out earlier today.....it's a great handle! And it doesn't seem to hurt when you grab it. Sometimes, it's the only way I can catch Gracie....and then she's often toon fast for me anyway! It's also handy to hold onto when trying to clean her tush, combing out the knots arount her tail and back legs, etc. ![]() |
