| I think the cone is one of the worst parts of neutering.

| Oh you poor little guy! You won't have to wear it very long, I promise - just until your mommy sees your stitches are healing well.

i only keep it on him for 10 minutes...just so he knows when he licks there its a No No. I usually use a onesie on him...but he somehow managed to get 2 stitches out already. Thank god it was already starting to heal and didnt come apart.

| Aww poor baby. I kept a onesie on my girl. But, they used glue on her. If I kept the cone on she would sit on my lap and whine every once in a while. Wouldn't get up to do ANYTHING. When I took it off of her she would go pee and poop, eat, drink. Needless to say I didn't keep it on her because she wouldn't do anything. She was pretty good about not licking. She learned after a few No's. Pasquale it'll be over soon! Then you can run around like normal. Now's your time to get some extra lovin!

| Bently hated his cone...... but he licked his stitches so much he got a small infection so Dad had to be the bad guy for a couple of days. Then he was all well. |

Thor's Human Donating Member | The cone never fails to crack me up. I feel bad for laughing because obviously the dog is going through something if he's wearing one... but I still laugh.

| They really do look so sad. My trixie goes to be spayed on Friday. Coco and Pebbles never bothered their stitches. Hopefully I will be lucky again and Trix won't bother them either. I have a cone just in case. They are soooo cute when they are pitiful. They just need extra hugs and lap time.
