| Mia meets a CAT!! Last night my husband and I paid a visit to a friend who's husband is serving in Iraq. I took Mia with us because they love Mia and wanted to see her. Our friend has a full grown cat. This cat must weight at least 15 pounds. Mia is 6 pounds. So you get the picture! Very hesitantly I let Mia smell this cat. (The cat was raised with other dogs and is very dog friendly.) I never laughed so hard in all my life. Mia was smelling this cat trying to figure out what kind of dog she is. They got along so well. By the time we were ready to leave Mia was licking the cats ears and giving her a bath! I will try to post pictures later from my husbands phone. Who knew? Mia loves cats! Too bad I am allergic to cats! |

| Be careful, Mia will come in from playing one day with a cat in tow. And she'll look at you with those big brown puppy dog eyes and say, "It followed me home, Momma. Can I keep it?"

| I recently adopted a kitten some jerk had abandoned at my office and no one else wanted because her mouth is deformed. Being the sap that I am I became the proud owner of Haas (my coworkers named her after our company and my kids actually liked it). Scooby thinks I brought that little thing home as his play toy. They play together all day and night, they snuggle up and sleep together and even Bella has begun tolerating her and will snuggle her at night. I am convinced this kitten now thinks she is a yorkie because she plops on my lap and rolls over for me to scratch her belly just like Bella and Scooby. It is way too cute!
