| I really love all the names!!! I have been calling him Gunner today......but......it is kinda hard to remember or else I don't love it. ha! My son's heroe is Chesty Puller but my dog doesn't really seem to fit the bill. ha! Gosh, should I just forget a marine name and try to pick a dad gum name?? I love the idea of naming him after a President too. Oh, why is this soo hard?? I have a boxer whose simple name is Maggie. That was easy. This poor dog. Ok, you guys are so awesome! Karen |

| How about Top. The tv show, The Unit, the officer in charge of the group is a Sgt I believe, and they often call him Top. I'm not sure if it's a military thing, but I think it would be a cute name.

| A couple more ideas - I know we threw a couple valentine's names at you, but I notice that you are from Louisiana and it's mardi gras time... is there anything mardi gras themed that you could name him?

| Congratulations on your new little guy. If this is your first Yorkie, you are in for a treat. They are the most adorable, loving dogs ever! I love the names you have picked out. Baxter is just adorable! We are expecting puppies this week and I have to look at them before I actually can name them, but I am hoping one looks like a Tripper because I really like that name. Sarge or Trooper might be an idea with your son being in the service. Have fun. |

| I was back to calling him puppy today. ha! My girl's keep asking if he is ever gonna have a name. Again, I love the names and I will put them on a list. I think naming my kids was easier than this for some reason. This is my first yorkie and we are loving him!! He is a little skidish when we pick him up but hoping that will get better soon. Thanks again for all the help and I will let you know hopefully soon. Meanwhile, keep them coming!! Karen |
