Monica...Your little Gus was a very very lucky boy and I know you must hug him EVERY DAY remembering that awful experience - sending MORE hugs to him - those pictures brought tears to my eyes - I'm so so glad you still have your baby and he recovered so well

- what a little fighter and you're such a good mom - He looks wonderful now ! Way to go Gus !

I do remember Gus and the attack! It's amazing that he has healed this well ... thanks for the pics. Gus is a little tuffy!

It is so nice to see how great he has done. I'm glad the people were responsible about the situation, and paid all the bills. I'm sure that was a big help to you. Give him a big hug and kiss from me.

I'm glad that you decided to share. It must have been a terrible experience. I am glad to see that Guss is fully recovered. He looked to pitiful in the first 2 pictures! But he sure is a cute doggie!!

Thank you all for the kind words! Yes I am very fortunate! I am thankful each and every day. It is a sad story all the way around. They ended up having to put the dog down after she attacked again.
