You don't have to tell me how you got it, they will not ask that, just give me the address, he will call dispatch and ask them what officer on 2nd shift is pet friendly, they will page that officer and have him call my husband, my husband will tell him that he is a police officer in Tn and the copS attitude will change immediately as if he is talking to a celebrity and he will be eager to help another officer.. Then my husband will tell him that someone at this address may have stolen a Yorkie, could he go and ask them if they have the dog. The cop is going to ask how he knows and my husband will probably say i have 4 yorkies and my wife and a bunch of other women around the world get together and talk about their dogs on Yorkie Talk and she saw a post where a lady's dog went missing and someone gave her the address of where to look but she does not know who gave it to her.. Then the cop will say ok and go knock on the door and call my husband back and tell him what happened... If Yoshi is there, he will ask them for proof of ownership and then he will ask my husband how to contact you for you to provide proof of ownership...Not all cops are bad and everyone is right about going over that lady's head... Most female cops are B******... Trust me I know. My best friend is a female cop and works with my husband and I tell her all the time how mean she is and how if I needed a hug I wouldn't call her cause she scares me..lol...DESPERATE TIMES CALL FOR DESPERATE MEASURES!!! |

I hope he's there and you get him back. Praying :hands: and keeping our fingers crossed :xfingers: |
I keep logging in to read this thread, just praying to read that Yoshi is home. It is very true that a police officer has more clout with getting a dog back. A few years ago, someone stole her tiny Chihuahua at their lake resort. Well, they did some tracing and discovered a lady from another town had taken her home. My cousins husband, the police officer traced her address, and my cousin called her, and explained that the dog was not abandoned and she owned the dog, but the lady refused to give her back. So, the whole family went over there and got their little one back! I hope you have a happy ending, too! Sheila |

I am really praying the girl has Yoshi and the police get him back! Sheila |
Our police officers in our township are wonderful but in your case and situation every bit counts. You are in my prayers also. I can imagine what you are going through but was fortunate enough to get my little one back. |
Oh I hope you find out if they have Yoshi. |
