Have you tried doing a reverse number lookup? Maybe you could get an address that way. I pray this is for real and your Yoshi is returned to you. Keep us posted, we are all so worried and concerned for both of you.

Ohhh I so hope that this is who has Yoshi....maybe it was a roommate you talked to and they didn't know anything....Did you ask her to give her friend your phone # so that their friend could call you? I would also ask them to describe Yoshi so that you can know if it is indeed your baby. Just a suggestion. I'm still praying for his safe return.

This would be so cruel if they are playing a joke or something. Call the police and ask them what to do. They can't get involved in lost dog but maybe can help with this. Did it sound like a young person's voice? How can she not know her friends phone number??

My heart goes out to you and my prayers go out to Yoshi. Whenever a little one is lost the only thing I can think about is that wherever they are they are safe, warm and have a full tummy until they can find their way back home. Hugs.

I would try the police route too.

Maybe the girl who called you about Yoshi knew her friend or family wanted to keep him or sell him but either way had no intention of returning him. Feeling guilty, she might have wanted to return Yoshi to you without alerting her "friend(s)" about her intent. There's still hope. I would definitely try to get some help from the police since they could very well have him and they might start panicking and hide him... Hope you're able to find the address from her phone number. It is also strange that she didn't try to block her number when she called you. I'm not sure how it works in the US, but it's easily done up here.

This is also what I was thinking sense she didnt want you to call her back, I would also call the cops. keep that number , write it down so you dont lose it.
