Welcome Gray!! We are soooooooooo excited that you are getting one of Breny's little babies!! You will just love her to pieces!!! I have Meiah(a retired breeder) from Breny and we know that Brenda loves all her babies so much!!! Can't wait to hear all about the pickup, new name and following her through your posts and pictures!!!

I also just wanted to say, that the more extensively I explore this site, the more I realize what a truly amazing group of people populate YT. The caring of so many people for each other, and for those who are going through difficult times, and for the plight of those who are sick, or injured or deceased, whether they have 2 legs or 4, is incredibly special. I truly feel that there is a closeness here that is almost synonymous with family, and I am so glad that we are joining you all here! - Gray

I'm in Michigan, so I'm not sure but I know Gray is coming from Illinois and is driving, so I think think we are that far

Is about 374 miles, and almost exactly 6 hours travel time. And it looks like it is highway pretty much all the way. So a simple overnight, or a pretty long single day trip!

It is also supposed to take just about 6 hours from Barrington.

Thank you again, Breny for the most recent pics! I have saved them, and am circulating to some friends and business associates who are almost as excited as I am about our new little girl!!!

Thank you once again for the compliment - it is certainly my plan to be the best possible dad for Star!!! I can't tell you how excited I am to come meet her! I smile every time I think about her, so I pretty much am walking around with a smile on my face non-stop these days!!!

Don't worry about the drive when I picked up Bella from Breny we had a 800 mile drive home to Northwest Iowa and she was such a little trooper. She did not complain at all, and since she slept most of the way we did not have to make too many pit stops. I am sure Star will be just as good on the way home.

...was to first find this website, and through it, to find Breny, who has to be, for us, the ideal Yorkie breeder. And then, for Breny to help us select the one puppy who she thought would be the best match, and for us to be so completely happy and excited with our choice, to me it just can't get any better! That is until we meet her on Saturday, March 7th! So I already feel not only very lucky, but truly blessed!

And thank you for relating your 800 mile drive experience! I was planning on stopping at least once every hour for a pitstop, but it sounds like we MAY be able to go a little longer than that. We will have a dinner break in there, so that may result in some quicker back-to-back stops! No matter what it turns out to be, I am looking forward to a happy adventure!

We drove 250 miles to get my baby girl.
She pretty much slept all the way home.
Don't know if anyone has heard of a town in Illinois called Olney (I think that's how it's spelled). That's where I got Abby.
