♥ Mama's Boy ♥ Donating Member | Coat? This is a dumb question I know but ....Tobie's coat is more of a sliver- blue color. Why is this? Is it because I had to shave his coat before? I know is a full blooded Yorkie because he is registered with the AKC. |

yorkies change colors as they get older. they usually loose all the black hair, and become silver and tan, some will still stay black. Fiona is 11 months old, and has never been groomed professionally yet, since i trim her, but she still has her black tips on the end of her hair. she is completely tan on her face, and silver on her body now.
