Just a side note: I once saw an undercover video of someone who infiltrated an ANIMAL MILL (not just puppies   ) and I can't get this image out of my head!!!! It was a man in street clothes with latex gloves, he had put a bunny to sleep (which is dangerous even for a Vet to do) ad with some scissors he.... "neutered" that poor bunny!!! It was a young bunny going to a pet store, and to keep things "sanitary" he wipped the poor bunny's area with clorox disinfecting wipes!!! Exposed skin and he used clorox wipes!!!!! Then he realized that the bunny was still wake!! I know it's mainly for puppies but I hope this bill helps all animals!!!! The same thing could and probably was done to the puppies that were in that animal mill.
