| Hi, I think I can get him to Indy. Jeff and New Albany (where I am) are on opposite sides of I-65. He's about 5 to 6 miles from me. I don't know what to do to start this so please let me know. If I read your post right, you do have someone to pick him up in Indy? How long does he have before he would be put down? If I could do this Saturday it would be best for me but if it won't wait I'll go when I need to. |

| Thor's Human Donating Member | I am happy to contribute $$ to the shelter that's holding him so that he can stay there longer while you get the logistics worked out. Alternatively, could you fly to the shelter and then fly back with him in the cabin? I wish I could help out with the drive, but I am thousands of miles away. Please let me know if I can do anything! |

Are you going to keep this little guy, or is your plan just to foster him? Praying for him during this transition

| Jodi, I wish that I could have helped you get this guy here, but since that was impossible, I will be making a donation to YHR to help with his care. Thanks for all you and Camile have done to save this sweet guy. Can't wait to see the pics.

| Something happened and Megansmomma ended up doing the entire trip. I just spoke with her and she is not yet there....said it is raining very hard so that has slowed her down a little bit. She is about an hour from there. She is going to send a pic from her phone, so I will post it when I get it!

| Wish I could have helped out getting the little guy to Chicago but I'm already here. Safe travels as I see you are doing the whole trip now. This little one is so lucky to have someone that cares so much.

| I have to report that I could not make my schedule work until tomorrow so I was unable to help with the pick-up and transport to Indy. today. I am so, so, so, very sorry but with little notice ( I didn't see the post till late) I couldn't make it work until tomorrow. There is a terrible storm here now and Megansmomma will be right in the middle of it all the way thru Indiana. I will be praying for her safety and I ask for all your prayers for her. Hopefully if a need arises again in this area I will be able to help. I certainly would like to. Sometimes life gets in the way. Again I am very sorry I couldn't do this today. | Is there anything we can do right now? I am going to go to Yorkie Haven Rescue and donate for his care. I wish there were more I can do for him. Let us know his sizes when you get him. If he has to be shaved down he will need some sweaters for that Windy City weather! Megansmomma you are wonderful! You are on my Christmas list!

The shelter had held him for quite some time already and we had to get him out before he was euthanized. I am worried about Jodi...but her son is with her...so at least she is not alone. I hope the weather changes for her trip back to Chicago.
