♥Tiny Tia my Furbaby♥ Donating Member | Top knot troubles Is it ok to use regular elastic bands for the top knot or would that damage her hair? What do you use? |

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | I actually bought the little rubber bands that groomers use. It's coated so it doesn't pull hair...well so they say anyways. You can get them at any place that sells doggie grooming supplies. Good luck in getting her to keep it in for any stretch of time. Zoey is like Houdini.

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Don't use regular rubber bands...they grasped too hard. If you can't find grooming bands...you can buy small hair bands at a drug store. There are a variety of sizes included. When you go to remove the band...it's better to clip the band than pull it out.

♥Tiny Tia my Furbaby♥ Donating Member | Thanks for the tips but have a hard job getting them here. My sister is going to crufts next month she says they sell them there, Ill get her to get me some. Tia loves me playing with her hair ,she really doesn't mind at all. Is that unusual?( first time yorkie owner) |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | The girls' bow bands are quite similar if not identical to grooming bows. Look for those. Mine don't mind when I put up their hair. Initially with Ramsey ...you had to distract her afterward so she'd forget it was there.
