| Both of my boys are in full coat and wear bows.....but not pink or purple. Everyone assumes they are girls and I don't correct them. My husband and boys have a fit, but I ignore them. |

| rylie has a topknot and wears bows. I don't put pink bows in his hair and no purple... Yet anyway. LOL I think they look so pretty/handsome with a topknot and bow. If people ask why my boy wears a bow I just tell them it is written in the yorkie breed standard to have a topknot and bow.

| When Gucci's hair was long I'd take a simple tiny black rubber band to tie his hair on top away from his face. But he was constantly mistaken for a girl. When I'd say "he" people's usual response would be "so why you tie up his hair like a girl" ![]() Did they expect me to leave the dog blind by his hair. Anyway, I keep him with a puppy cut now |

| YT 2000 Club Member | I love the top knot with bow look! My Jeter has longer silky hair and I keep his hair in a top knot. He has bows that are boy colors. I think he looks so cute with his hair done up though my husband and boy's like to call him a sissy boy Jeter on the other hand likes to look pretty and will proudly prance around showing off his hair when his bow's are in Axl's hair is more of the cottony kind and I don't keep his hair long for bows, if his hair was silky and easy to care for as Jeter's and Yumi's then i would put his up in bows too.

| I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Joey has a pink and lavender bow with a little teddy bear on it; he wears it with his pink and lavender tank shirt that says "only child." If people have a problem with his clothes and their colors, they indeed have a problem. I'm more concerned with the "time" of year he wears these colors. They seem more appropriate in the Spring, than in the Fall.

| Thank you! All of your babies are beautiful. I Think I may actually try out the topknot for a while. And I'll be loving my baby even if he is a "sissy" dog! |

| Rather than pull Puddie's hair in a regular topknot, he wears it further back, towards the back of his skull (more than the middle of it). He doesn't usually wear a bow ... we call it his Ninja Knot ![]() . It *sounds* a little more manly, at least |

| I don't think Piper would go for a bow, but I'd like to try a bow time for him.
