Yes, I thought there were 2 other Yorkies. How about them. Guys, I feel helpless also but I can call my Daughter who lives in Bethesda. Just say the word and I will call her. Please let me know.

ging4444 - is the one that is in contact with SAY Rescue - so hopefully she will come on and give us an update :(

Otherwise, plan B - get her out and transport her to either TX or RI - which ever we can do, I am sure it will work out fine. ;)

- Now - YES there was "other Yorkies 3" - Do we know if SAY is going to take them too???? Did anyone ask if there were still at the Shelter and if they would release them to a rescue too?????

If we cannot get Say Rescue to pull them then I think your daughter will be the back up plan to getting them out. The issue then is how to get her to TX or RI. The other issue is that there are multiple people making phone calls and since we are all doing this on line it makes things even harder to coordinate. I'm not sure how it would work if she was pulled by YHR but LadyJane will know these answers if that is the route we need to take. She is getting out on way of the other. :(

I called the shelter this morning and all of these yorkies are fine. The female is being picked up by a rescue...the gal who answered did not know which group. Shaggy was adopted yesterday and the other male was reclaimed by his owner.

I just called...I did not realize...anyway, she was also returned to her owner!

Ladyjane - you are an inspiration, there isn't anything that you wouldn't do to help just one innocent soul...I wish we had more people like you, True and Genuine is what you are :animal-pa

...maybe one day, I'd be in TX and I would be so delighted and so honored to meet you and your rescue/foster gang - what a treat that would truly be for me :)

Oh you are so sweet! Would love to meet you as well!!! :) I believe you are the same....your tenacious posting is what helps. I so love to see the people on YT trying to help these yorkies in need!

Yeeeaaaahhhhh!!! In case no one has told you all today, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST. I am so astounded to know that there are people out there like you folks. Please keep us posted on any new info about the little girl and her friends. And if I can do anything at all, please let me know.
