1 Attachment(s) My hubby takes our furbabies everywhere but he won't take the girls with a tu-tu on. Tee shirts or sweaters are ok but no pink leash. |
That is too funny. Jer walks Suri around at the softball park with her pink leapord harness and her matching bows...he just loves her to death. :) |
I just saw a buff young guy walking his Yorkie today. He gave me "the nod" when he saw that I had a Yorkie too :) |

My boyfriend doesnt care either he holds Mia all the time anywhere. But my brother on the other hand told me in advance that he would not carry my doggie. LOLOLOL. He has one of the Hotdog looking ones. But Mia puts his to shame. LOLOL |
My sister & her hubby adopted a 7 yo yorkie (puppy mill reject...too old) ANYWAY....they were told he didn't like men. Yeah right, Al carries that 4#r everywhere. Those to love love love each other! |
3 Attachment(s) My husband used to hate little dogs, and so did I. He gets irritated with Diesel (who doesn't though  ) but loves his Lilly. His baby girl though is Lola our Shih Tzu. She is the most passive happy-go-lucky dog. |
I am reading all of these messages and laughing my butt off ! I guess being gay,I can say this..............Yes, the yorkie is kind of a gay dog :) Although ,I know many staraight guys who own them, with their wives or girlfriends of course. BUT !!!!!! If you want to attract girls......not guys :) Get a yorkie and take it everywhere.I get stopped by women everywhere I go with Beatrice....I am not joking, what a away to get a date [if I were straight] It's incredible....really ! So guys...[straight ] get a yorkie and take it with you ,if you want to pick up,I don't think there is a better way to a womans heart than through a cute little fury bundle of joy,but yopu have to impress her with your good puppy parenting ! That's just my opinion :p |
well my hubby is a 380lb trucker and this is what is his best friend look like and they are pair .. everywhere they go they are together OOPs can't find their picture but Sebastian is a 4lb yorkie  |

Ha this is what my SO says... he always tells me that if he needs a ego boost he'd just take Copper out because girls love to stop him and talk about the yorkie... he is only half joking. I think that he likes the attention. You should see this guy in his massive dodge truck with Copper bow and all sitting behind his neck as he goes down the road. He was especially fond of Rocky before he passed and would take him everywhere. He always wanted to walk Rocky because he walked so "pretty" on a leash. His words, not mine. ;) |

He needs to get a grip. Having a yorkie is a privilege and as long as he's in touch with his manhood then it should NOT be a problem. ;) |

My husband has never had an issue with our yorkies. I dress them up in the girliest, most fru fru clothes I can find and he will show them off to everyone! I know he and my 20 yr old son loves them as much as I do. All 3 of my son in laws love them up too! I loved seeing all the pictures and reading all the stories :) |
LOL I love this thread....I have to share my quick story.... When I had Daizy spade... I left her bag at the Vets office...so when it came time to pick her up my hubby went to get her. The Vet comes out laughing and hands my husband this BRIGHT PINK bag with PINK handles and Daizy all wrapped up in PINK blankets....... and says..."Now this isn't something I get to see every day....Hope you don't get beat up on your way home"...LOL My hubby laughed all the way to our house! He is a big guy that loves BIG dogs...but my tiniest baby TULIP...all 2 lbs 4 oz.'s has him all wrapped around her tiny little paws!!! And he loves it!! He fights me to sleep next to her at night..of course I have to give in...because it's just too cute!! |
