If she's 18 mos. she's out of the puppy chewing stage, so maybe you could block her off in the kitchen or get an xpen, I feel so bad for her. Even looks like she has a collar around her neck on the one picture

oh my goodness how could anyone keep a yorkie in a shed heated or not if she was closeer id bring her home with me .i sure hope she finds a loving home soon
