Thanks. I had to dig to find a good spread of ages. In retrospect, I'd have made a monthly picture of his first year and done a calendar. They change so much.

Winston looks just like that. His roots are grey ish and he is very very dark everywhere else. The gold is showing up around his ears and below his ears but other than that he is very black. He is 4 months. I kind of wish he would stay that color.

Skippy's 8 months and just started to grow a small gray spot on the middle of his back. Welcome to YT. Glad to have you here.

I really don't worry about colors . Jade and Mitsou are 1 year old and changing colors .

I have read up on this, the thing I have heard is by 2 years old they should have their adult coat, Bailey is 14 months and his back is still dark, head changed early but back is SLLLLOOOOWWWW.
