| IT must be SCAM SEASON...I WON THE LOTTERY...yeah right! I was reading earlier about the puppy scams going on and I swear to you when my dh gave me the mail today , there was a letter informing me I had won the Canadian lottery I only had to deposit the $4,500 check they sent me ( deducted from my winnings naturally)and then MONEY GRAM them half of it right away and they would send me my big prize...( O.K.... do I have dumb ass written on my head? wait... let me check...nope , not there) I have heard of these type of scams but have never received anything myself. I feel so privileged that they think I'm a complete and total idiot. Maybe I will turn the game around and go after them for a change. I think I'm going to send the RCMP after them I'm off to call the*agent* Barbara Hall and see what she has to say about my winnings and to ask that since I have family in Canada which I am going to visit next week ( uh , not really ) if I can just come on over to the office and collect my winnings

| Gosh how horrible. It is so sad that some people fall for it...you would think people would realize that you have to play to win. I wonder what their response will be. Hehe...

| I seem to have lots of phone calls saying i have won a fantastic holiday abroad. Now when they ring, i say to the caller 'well, i dont take holidays abroad so i would like to give it to you', when they try to convince me to accept, i just keep saying, 'no, really, i would like to nominate you to have it instead' I read about doing that online and i must say, it seems to get them off the phone quicker than anything else...lol |
