Congratulations on the new puppies!

Thanks everybody...and here's a little anecdote from the sleep deprived.

Been three nights since I had a real sleep in bed so after pups were safe and sound, I hit the sack hard. Woke up this morning with a puppy in my armpit and another being tucked in next to the first. Apparently Ele decided she need a sitter while she had some breakfast. I was flattered by her confidence, and had quite the laugh at the look she gave me as she popped off to eat. First time I ever had one do THAT!

AW.....What a vote of confidence from Ele. Well, I am glad you got some sleep. I guess she was trying to tell you it is now her turn to eat and sleeeeeeeep

Who better to babysit than grandma!!! Meanwhile, she's probably wondering why the heck you need to sleep when she did the hard part!! lol

Puppies!!!! I get all giddy when I hear of new puppies! Congrats! Take good care of them babies.

Thanks again everybody. I wish I would of had my camera near the bed to catch that little drama, it was pretty unbelievable. I had to put her and the whelping box in the big crate. She kept moving the pups in my bedroom to various locations, under the bed, behind the closet door.... I felt like I was on an Easter egg/pup hunt every hour. Now all is well. No pups in my shoes.

I love that story. I agreed what better babysitter than grandma. It will have being great if you were able to get pics of that drama.
