| Puppy Mill List In Need..... We have decided that Jack needs a playmate and we just cannot live in home with only one Yorkie. But, I do not, repeat DO NOT want to buy from a puppymill. This is why I am asking anyone who knows the website with a list of the puppymills in the U.S. to please post it. I think Jack came from a backyard breeder and do not want to feed into their cycle. Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

| I don't know if there is such a list, however, there are several breeder's here on YT that have pups to offer at this time. All are beautiful. You can be safe purchasing from one of them. Good luck, |

I just want to be clear that people on this list could be considered puppy mills, and this would be a list of breeders that you would want to avoid, not seek. While we have many wonderful breeders at Yorkietalk, however, being a member here does not ensure that the person isn't a backyard breeder. We have had many people come to Yorkietalk just to peddle their dogs for more money than they could get locally. Please do a search on any breeder you are considering, and get a feel for their knowledge. Good luck, and don't overlook the YTCA website for finding a good breeder. | I am going to take a look at the list of breeders but I know, and this months ago, someone on some thread was talking about such a list and I happened to find it. I just lost track of the thread and cannot find the list. It did not have every single puppymill listed but had ones that have been caught. There are Yorkie puppies listed in my area (and I know of at least one puppymill here in MN) but I wanted to make sure they weren't on a list. Thanks again for your help.
