| Help! I need a name! Hi! I'm new to Yorkie Talk and I need a little help. I was planning on getting a yorkie (and that's why I found the community and joined), but I found an 12-week-old puppy (she was wondering on the road in 15 degree weather with her mother) at my local shelter and couldn't pass her up. I'm going to have to wait awhile longer to get a yorkie, but I hope I will still be accepted on the boards . Anyway, I am having a terrible time coming up with a name for her. Her mother is a daschund and she looks like her father may be a papillon. I would post a picture, but my camera is dead right now. She is black and brown. Any ideas at all would be helpful! Thanks so much! |

| What a lucky little girl she is that you found her and fell in love with her. I hope her momma finds a good home for Christmas too.

| Thanks! Her mama did find a good home, too! In fact, she was adopted before the puppy was. I just realized that I probably should have posted this in a section other than the General Yorkshire Terrier Discussion. Sorry, I'm new! Last edited by sparkle13; 12-09-2008 at 10:22 PM. |

| The name Felicity or Felicia means 'good luck' or 'lucky' in latin.

| Congratulations... I liked Holly Grace or Holly Berry since it's Christmas time. I have a Papillion we found wondering in Philadelphia being beaten and burned by people @ a parade. His name is Sammy, He's been with us 6 years now. When we found him he was 1 pound 14 ozs. He's now our little teapot @ 15 pounds.... My Yorkie Baron is 7 pounds @ 1. I'm looking for an up to 18 month old female around Feb.-Mar. Baron is getting neutered in Feb. Enjoy the Holidays with your new little girl.. Post pics when you can... Blessings, Baron's Mom
