| My pups have white on their left toes... normal? Two of my yorkie pups have white on the tips of their left hind toes. I'm worred now that my rat a poo got to her while she was in heat. I kept very close watch on her. If my pups were a mixed breed, wouldnt they have more white on them? The male I'm talking about is almost all white.. I seriously doubt they bred, but Is this white on the toes normal for yorkie pups? |

| When we got Roxy, she had one white toe. The "breeder" said that meant she would end up being silver, instead of black(I thought she was nuts). She will be 3 in Jan and she is turning silver. I have no clue if that will always happen, I just wanted to share. The rest of her coloring is the way it should be and the white on her toe turned to gold.

| I have had several puppies born with a white toe or two. It DOES usually turn gold with the rest of the feet. Most of mine have also had a tiny white patch of somekind on their chests. This also has turned gold for me. |

| My Piper had white on one her toes. By the time she was 4 months old the white was completely gone. She is now 7 months and her body is turning silver which isn't a surprise since her mother was silver and gold.

| yeah, it means nothing and is actually pretty common. I have seen people argue that it means the dog is a parti carrier and stuff like that but it is not true. Just happens sometimes. i have found it more in my Judabob line than others tho. |
