The breeder she was referring to in 2008 was inLong Island, New York I read on her first post.

Thank you both for the warm welcome. Yes, I am aware this is a very old post. I was doing some research on Susan Kanter of LI but wanted clarification because in the original post, two companies on Long Island are mentioned. Puppies by Marie in Hempstead Long Island and Susan Kanter who is also in Long Island (Farmingville). I am trying to find a reference on Susan. Any help is much appreciated.

I hope you find the information you are looking for about Susan Kanter. I read the post wrong and thought it said Louisiana in short initials. Can't you just google about her or were you wanting someone from YT that might have information on her. But from that post it sounds as if she is not a breeder to get involved with. However I only say this as the person who wrote the post talked very negatively about how the woman treated her and did not seem to care about the pups she was breeding. Best of luck to you in your search for that perfect Yorkie you desire to get.

Thank you so much for your communication and concern. I actually have googled her but she does not come up other than her website. I believe that could be either very good or very bad.

As for what the woman wrote here (and the cause for my further inquiry) is that she mentions "pups by Marie" first when she is speaking negatively and then goes into talking about Susan (two different people and companies).

Yes, ultimately, I would feel better if someone had a direct reference to doing business with Susan and her pups.

How about if you were to start a thread here on YT asking if anyone knows of this Breeder Susan Kanter or even the other one pups by Marie. You might have to start the thread in a specific place meant for breeders or the like. Not sure as I never start threads myself.
Do you think the two might be the same person using different identities? Anyway I thought this might be of a help to you in finding the information you want to get about the person.

Thank you so much, yes I have started another thread asking the same. I think they are different as Marie lives in Hempstead and Susan in Farmingville and Google has two different addresses for them, but hey you never know, that's why I ask.

I wouldn't get a pup from her! She uses the word teacup which no reputable breeder does and she says she breeders her females only once a year but has 10 litters per year which means she has 10 breeding females which seem like a lot to keep in one house which makes me wonder where they are all living and how. I personally would not buy from a breeder who didn't home raise their yorkies.
