| The ears... If I don't shave my pup's ears, will they remain half-flopped? I'm debating whether or not to shave them. I kind of like them furry and floppy... |

| Floopy Ears I think it helps if you want them to stand up. Lilly is 7 weeks old. We shave the top half of the ear, inside and out, and taped them. She had very floopy ears, and her ears are starting to stand after 2 days. I guess it just boils down to what you want. Either way, would be just as good I think. |

| How old is your dog? If it is a young pup they still may go up. I never did shave or tape both Chachi and Jewels and they went up on their own. I would say they were up by 12 weeks old though. I like floppy ears I think they are cute

| He's nine weeks old now. They definitely look less floppy than they did when I got him though. Really only the very tips flop over. |

| Oh yea hes still a baby. If they arent up by 12 weeks shave and tape them unless you want them to stay floppy
