| My baby left me.... ... and slept with my boyfriend's son saturday night!!! Ok, Ive been SAYING that it would be good for my boys to love my boyfriend's kids and want to follow them and stay with them, sleep with them, etc... but up to this point my dogs remain wary of 'little people' (aka - kids). I don't have kids and there are not too many around my dogs for the first 2.5 years of their lives. My bf has 2 kids who are fairly older and my dogs generally stay away from them still, after almost a year. Well sat night my Dexter went to bed with my bf's youngest son! We went in to check on the kids and saw Dex there all curled up. I called his name quietly but he wouldn't come. I think he wanted to go to bed and me and bf were not in bed yet. This was the first time EVER that they chose to sleep with someone else. I was SLIGHTY happy because I said I wanted them to love the kids, but soooooooo sad!!! My baby left me! I made BF check on them 4x before I fell asleep. He left the doors open a crack just in case also. At 430am I woke up and both my babies were back with me. Im such a baby!!! I missed my baby! I know this was a good thing though! BFs son was just tickled pink that my Dex slept with him!

| Yeah but I was a wreck!!! BF even offered to get him. I said no though. I know its good for them to get comfortable with his kids and they need to. It was just unexpected to me that i'd feel sooo emotional about it! LOL

| OH, I know I would be a wreck. In fact, I probably would have been such a baby that I would have snatched him out of the bed and taken him back with me! LOL Wish me luck....walking to the bank to sign and have my separation agreement notarized.

| I think it's so sweet!! Matty sometimes sleeps with my daughter - it breaks my heart but I am also happy that she's so adaptable.

| The real deal on why I was so shocked is because my little guy has seemed to take a liking to my boyfriends youngest son. He is 12 and quite the handful. Both my dogs prefer my bfs oldest son who is 15 and a lot calmer... but suddenly my Dex has taken a liking to the younger one. It was really cute yesterday though when i was busy and he wanted to be held, he went right to his son.
