| constipation? Hi all, I need help because Lila is constipated. Up until two months ago, she would have a soft poop 2x daily. Now she's down to maybe 1 daily (it's hard) and can sometimes skip a day or two without pooping. Here's what I think might be the problem: Until 2 months ago, I would free-feed Lila Canidae dry food and canned Merricks (puppy plate, granny's pot pie, turkducken). She had a diarrheal illness about the same time, and has since refused to eat the canned food. I introduced dry merricks (granny's pot pie) about the same time as the illness, and she LOVED it. She has not had any problems. So now I alternate the merricks and candidae dry foods. On occasion she may eat wet food but avoids it for the most part. Do you think her diet is affecting her pooping habits? How can I get her to go at least 1x daily? Thanks, Sessy

| hmm... well what you want is hard poop but you want it to be daily. If she is constipated give her some pure pumpkin that will get things flowing again. |
