| There goes my sleep! So its getting colder here and my boys want to sleep under the covers again between my legs. I have not slept through the night in over a week. Im exhausted!!! The only way I can get them to not go between my legs is if I keep one leg outside the covers. I really need to figure out something to do to keep them from going there and preventing me from getting a good nights sleep. They want to be warm but you'd think they'd be steaming hot sleeping there all night.

| OMG Milo does that too. But I move him around with no problems, I usually try to push down and he curls up on my feet under the covers so my feet stay warm LOL. Just be a little bossier and get them in a place under there where it is comfortable for both of you

| I put mine infront of me holding her or behind me. That way you have leg room.

| Oh good grief you sound like me LOL. Lilly sleeps in between my legs or right at my feet, it's always so uncomfortable for me. My legs ache when I can't move them regularly. I usually just put her in between my bf's legs & if he isn't there I just lay her up next to my belly. Sometimes she'll get right back up and go right back to my legs but usually she'll just lay down and fall back asleep wherever I put her.

| I figured out last night that the only way to keep him away from between my legs is to not cover my other leg... otherwise he spent a good part of an hour trying to get back to that spot!! Stubborn little guy!

| One night, my Yorkie tried to sleep on my butt. LOL I had to teach my dogs how to sleep on my bed. He probably slept like that with his littermates, but I am not his littermate. I made my dog sleep at the foot of my bed. Now I suffer from allergies, so I do not let my dog sleep on the bed with me. Last edited by Lovely05; 11-17-2008 at 02:30 PM. |

| You could possibly try sleeping with a pillow between your knees. I started this when i had knee surgery and it was so comfortable I do it often now. If you found it comfortable for a while, it may make them find another "comfortable place" to sleep and hopefully it will be habit. Addison sleeps by my stomach, and I swear, he never moves all night! (when I let him sleep with us) still trying to keep him in the crate at night and he does really well, but a couple times we have fallen asleep watching tv and he just ends up with me. (what a snuggle baby, I love it!)

| That sounds so funny about him getting under the covers with you. lol Right now since I have so recently have gotten Molly and am working on crate training and housetraining, she sleeps in her crate at night. However, my 3 cats sleep in bed with me. My 1 cat likes to either sleep on my back or curled up against my back. I actually find it comforting as the heat he puts off feels good on my back. My other 2 cats usually on more down by my legs/feet curled up and as soon as I move, they move. As soon as Molly is housebroken, I probably will let her sleep with me too! Why not! Our furbabies are really something else! lol |

| What about a body pillow or an electric blanket to help keep your babies warm.... |
