| Wasn't there a women somewhere out west that got in trouble with the law dying her dog? I don't remember the specifics but it went to court and she was fined.

| It was just for dying her dog actually. It is illegal in a couple states to dye any animals regardless of what you use. I think it includes Florida as well as Colorado. Not Calif where I am though. From what I understand the law came about because of people dying little chicks and bunnys around easter to get people to buy them for their kids and resulted in a bunch of unwanted pets.

| This was my first thought on seeing this - what if the dye gets on everything? Yorkies are pretty low to the ground and can go under couches, roll on carpet, etc.
