YT 2000 Club Member | Thats how it was for me when I was getting Jeter last year! So the waiting did seem a lot longer because I actually was waiting for him to be born. I got busy shopping for things that he would need and also inter viewed the Local vets in my area so that I would be comfortable taking Jeter to him. Puppy proof the house while your waiting too! Congratulations on your puppy, does she have name yet??

| Try doing stuff that doesn't relate to the new baby. Try exercising or doing things you really like to do. Go out and be away from your house. As soon as your baby comes it will be difficult to leave it alone and sneak away to go out to dinner or see a movie and such. It's just so hard to leave their little faces! Maybe you can start a little calendar countdown, that would be kind of fun! Include how old she is each day and what you want to accomplish before she comes! And if you must do something puppy related- get the whole house ready for a puppy. Go shopping for cute little winter outfits, get her a little throne to sleep on, and do the little stuff that will make a big difference when she does come (ie puppy proofing!) Make it easy on her and you guys. Congrats on the new baby, do you have a name picked out? Where are you getting her from? Can't wait to see pictures!!! Hang in there! |
