My Abby is being spayed tomorrow

I'm so glad that your Abby is doing great and you will be able to bring her home this afternoon. I'm sure your counting the hours until you can bring her back home where she belongs. I just got my call from the vets and Piper is doing fine and she is waking up now. Like your Abby, Piper had some baby teeth pulled. Piper has to spend the night and I won't be able to pick her up until 9:30 tomorrow morning. I know I'll worry about her until she is finally home where she belongs.

We do have a onesie for her, but only 1 and it's a boys Bummer...Daisy and I went looking for one at walgreens and CVS and they didn't have any. Walgreens always lets me bring the girls in with me, as long as I keep them in the cart. I didn't ask at CVS, just went in Nobody said a word except that Daisy was cute Haha, one of these days I'm gonna get busted!

The one we have will have to do for tonight and then we'll get her a girly one tomorrow.

No more calls from the vet, so I'm assuming everything is still OK.

Thanks again to every! And I'm so glad to hear that Piper is doing well. I'll be glad when she's home with you.

I couldn't find a baby 'onesie' small enough for Pixie when she was spayed so I had to do without...luckily she didn't even so much as look at her incision site so that was good.

so glad to hear that everything went smoothly.
hope your day was less stressful than you imagined it would be,
for me the day before the surgery was more stressful than the day of the surgery! (because on the day of the surgery i just kept my mind off it)

don't forget to ask all your questions at the vet.
(write down your questions if you need to)
i know when i picked milu up, i was too nervous/excited
i didn't remember most of the things they were telling me.
i also messed up the pain medication instructions

so i suggest writing things down on a piece of paper,
in case you forget...like i did!

Abby's home! She's fine...just a bit shakey. She was so thristy. I let her drink a bit, but made her stop for fear she'd throw up. I'm going to give her some soft food in a while. She ended up having 6 teeth pulled! I didn't know there were that many baby teeth remaining.
She was so happy to see me! She almost jumped out of the girl's arms that brought her out! I thought, that doesn't look like a dog who's had surgery! She still had her little bow in her hair

I am so happy to hear that Abby is home and doing well. Such a strong little girl. I'm sure she will be curled up in your lap all night long and feel much better tomorrow. We have been thinking about you both all day. Hugs to you both.

She will be fine. My Bella got spayed about two months ago. She was groggy when I first brought her home. She just wanted to be by me and sleep, she drooled a lot due to the anesthesia. Just stay by her side. Make sure she doesn't run or jump (which is hard to do). She'll be back to normal in a few days.

The teeth pulling won't hurt either. Mine had some of her teeth pulled,I believe about 5 or 6. I saved them, actually

I'm so glad she is healthy and fine! I was so scared during London's spay. Just make sure she doesn't lick where her stitches are.

Hi Tammy!!! I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to wish you well.....this morning!!! BUT I was thinking about little Abby!! I read the thead and am very HAPPY to know that she's come thru just fine!! WOW 6 baby teeth huh?? does she have any left? hehe

Hope she's up and feeling back to her old cute self soon!!!

I not only got my TULIP but I became a Nonna (grandma) today!! have a beautiful baby boy...8 lbs 11 oz! Wow was he big....but absolutely beautiful..I'm in love!!

I have my precious little Tulip sleeping beside me right now...and OMG words can't describe how completely sweet she is...she weighs almost nothing..and is so delicate.... I sure hope she likes me I hehe She still looks over at my daughter when she's nearby....lol like MOMMY HELP!! lol but she's lovebug...so sweet...and gives lots of kisses!! I just love it...

Well enough about me....keep me up and Abby....so glad to know that she's well!!! lot of love!!!
