| Barking in their sleep? Does your little yorkie ever bark in their sleep? My little Dixie who is seven months old and my twin daughters yorkies, Teddy who is six and a half months old and Maxie who is one year old all sleep together. The other night I was working in the next room from where they were sleeping and I kept hearing a faint little barking and went and watched them sleeping and realized that Dixie was dreaming and barking in her sleep. It was so darned cute!!! Gosh I just love them yorkies! |

| My husband's police dog does this and moves his legs like he is running. He really gets going when I get close to his ear and whisper..watch em, watch him Zeus..where is he...DH always tells me to quit teasing..but I don't see that it is teasing...more like job training.

| Bailey does that sometimes too. It is so cute. I think sometimes she's dreaming about taking on the big dog she sees running around whenever she's people watching out the front door.

| Jinx does this aswel. It is very cute, but I just can't leave him with that. He is sleeping with us at my pillow an normally when this happenes, I am always thinking that just maybee he is so scared, maybee he is defending himself, so I slowly turned him over, rub my hand through his hair and kiss him, telling him that mommy knows and everything is ok. Then we both turn back to sleep again. |

| Our Shelby does the same. She whimpers, growls, barks and kicks in her sleep, sometimes. I usually put my hand on her and comfort her. She quiets down and gets still again. I've often wondered what she was dreaming. I'm sure it is dreaming. |
