| Yogurt I've seen on some posts that yogurt is safe to give your babies. What kind and does the flavor matter? Thanks!

| My boys get yogurt every morning, 1 tablespoon. Stonebridge organic plain yogurt. They love love love it! and it doesn't change their stools at all.

| Thanks! I usually stick to only dog food, but I eat a lot of yogurt - Yoplait and I read on here that some give their babies yogurt.

| non-fat or low-fat plain is best, IMO. Make sure it does not contain artificial sweeteners...

| Just use the non-fat plain yogurt. You can add any berries or apples to it too.
