Well.......we've had Punkin for a few weeks now and her hair is getting a lot prettier. I'm beginning to get used to her little face and long body. She is my shadow. I can't go anyplace without her right at my feet. When I sit down, she is beside me or sitting next to my foot. She even insists on sitting at my feet in the bathroom.

Everyone teases me and says it's payback for calling her ugly. She absolutely adores me.

The very best thing about her is her bark. It is really deep for a very small dog. Not shrill or yappy at all. The only time she barks is to greet me when I come back in the house.

How can you NOT love such a sweet little thing.

She sounds like a real sweetheart. So very sorry about your Ruby. While she will never replace your Ruby, in time you'll be able to share your heart with Punkin. Hugs.
