Hello!

My name is Sami and I'm a new yorkie mom.
My new one is named Isabella, she is 8 years old--she will be 9 in January.
I got her from a friend; my friend rescued her from the pound and she asked me to baby sit for her and then refused to pick her up! So I adopted her---otherwise she was threatening to send her to an inner city pound. Needless to say, I'm not that girl's friend anymore.
But---I adore my Izze! She is the sweetest little darling in the whole world and I couldn't imagine my life without her. I have four dogs--- 2 poodles, a chi, and Izze.
I don't know anything about yorkies, however they don't seem much different from my other dogs.What makes them different?
Anyways.... could use any tips! Izze has come a long way since she came here (she came in march and I adopted her in July)... at first, she was scared of everyone and all she would do is circle.... her hair was dry and dull.
Now she's so pretty and happy! She has mommy (me) homecook for her.

Ps. could someone explain to me how I can get my girl's picture up? I'd like you do see her!

I know that I rescued her---but honestly, I think that she has done more for me than vice versa. She makes my heart melt, everyday. She's the sweetest little girl---so forgiving. I have a thick record from her previous homes...she, I think, was a breeder dog--- then someone got her and her boyfriend beat up izze...so she got rid of Izze...and then my friend got her...and then me. It amazes me that Izze, small as she is, got through all that and still has love to give!
I feel blessed to have her in my life. I will definitely get another yorkie from rescue.... I am thinking of getting one in the summer.
