Sorry to say everyone but Tucker did not go home with me

After filling out paperwork and driving 40 miles one way twice second time with all dogs in toe... the informed me that they could not let him go to me? I had over the limit for my city as it was.
OMG

don't they know 3 yorkies count as one dog

Any way I plan to call my contact there tomorrow and find out if he is still there. If so I will have to find some one who can get him.
When I left he was in a room with a family .. looking really happy. so I can only Pray he'll find a loving forever home.

I am gonna go to bed now. I think I am coming down with a cold. Good night

I will Update you all as soon as I talk to Denice in the Morning.
Also Talk to a vet friend of mine who works a the Evet her and she said they have a few rescues come though there and that she'll call me if Any yorkies come though..

I know 3 is the max here too...that totally stinks!!! I was so hoping for you to get Tucker! Hopefully he went home with a family. You were awfully sweet to try to rescue him! Keep us updated!
