| I need your opinion :) I am looking for a new apartment and wanted to see what you guys thought of my lexi's resume to potential Landlords, Please let me know what your opinion is, I really love my lexi so i owe it to her to advocate what a great doggy tenant she is. thanks for all your help. Lexi (Teekeesh CXXXXXXX, Owner) 123 Somewhere Ave Apt 1 Yonkers, NY XXXXX (914) XXX-XXXX Description Lexi is a friendly, well-behaved 4lb dog who is accustomed to apartment life. She is a 1 year old Purebred Toy-sized Yorkshire terrier who is affectionate, mature, calm and easy going. We have had Lexi for 1 year, and she is a cherished member of our family. If you have any questions about our Lexi, please ask. Health/Grooming Since she is an indoor dog fleas are generally not a problem still she is on the appropriate flea prevention medication to halt any problems before they arise. We brush Lexi daily, and have her professionally groomed at least once a month. She is also kept up-to-date on all vaccinations and receives regular health exams from her veterinarian at “Banfield Pet Hospital”. Activities I walk Lexi twice a day in addition to her being Litter box trained and go to one of the City's many off-leash areas for more vigorous exercise at least 3 times a week. She also enjoys a good romp with my children in the back yard weather permitting . Lexi behavior on and off-leash is exemplary. These activities satisfy Lexi's exercise requirements, and she is calm and content relaxing indoors while I am away at work. About us As a dog owner, I always try to act responsibly. I have taken a class on dog behavior, we always clean up after our dog, and I arrange for reliable pet care if we are going out of town but mostly she is taken with us. We are so sure lexi will be a "good tenant," we are willing to put up an additional security deposit, I have also elected to purchase “Tenant Care” insurance which will reimburse “You” the property owner directly upon ANY suspected damage you feel my dog has contributed to. I am members of the ASPCA, and I am committed to responsible, caring pet ownership. References My current landlord can be reached at (914) XXX-XXXX. Please see attached letters of recommendation and other documentation. We would be happy to have a potential landlord meet Lexi, visit her in her current home and/or check in to see how she is adjusting to her new surroundings after we move in.

| I think that's great! As a renter I know how hard it can be to find a pet friendly place that you actually like! But with that resume and her picture they'd be fools to not let you move in! |

| oh wow, her resume is way more impressive than mine coud i suggest a small change? you ARE a responsible owner, so i'd omit the word "try" --eg, say, "as a dog owner, i am responsible" and the rest of the paragraph supports that.
